Stillness, on your own time

A growing library of guided meditations to support your healing between sessions, designed to gently introduce you to IFS practices, somatic awareness, and inner quiet.

How to use these meditations

Each meditation is designed to be listened to in a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. You don't need to do anything special to prepare, just arrive as you are.

Some sessions may bring up emotion. This is not something going wrong: it's the work beginning. You can pause at any time. You are always in control of your own process.

If you find a meditation particularly activating, please reach out. These are meant to support, not replace, personal guidance.
